Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Samkoon. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery times based on your selected shipping method are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries under sanctions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Samkoon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Samkoon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship to countries under sanctions. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your country’s eligibility for shipping.
